In the second place, merchants also risk fraudulent purchases using stolen credit cards or fraudulent repudiation of the online purchase.
　　In view of current situation, I hold the viewpoint that the government has the responsibility not only to lay down the effective laws and regulations to supervise this new industry, but also to help the public be more sensible. Only by this way, can online shopping make our society much more harmonious.
